End user license agreement

This agreement is between Kenan İslamoğlu ("we") and the organisation that installs Redline — Text Diff & Restore for Jira ("you"). By installing or using the app you accept it. If you obtained the app through the Atlassian Marketplace, the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use also apply.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on the Jira Cloud sites covered by your subscription or trial, for your internal business purposes and for the number of users that subscription covers.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the app, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law allows this regardless of this agreement.

3. Fees and trial

Fees, trials and billing are handled by Atlassian through the Marketplace. When a subscription or trial ends, restore is disabled; history and comparison remain available while the app stays installed.

4. Your data

The app processes your Jira data only as described in the privacy policy. You remain the owner of your data.

5. Support

We provide support by email at redline@kenanislamoglu.com on a reasonable-efforts basis, as described on the support page.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Restoring a version replaces the current field text; Jira keeps the replaced text in the issue history, and you are responsible for checking the result.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost data.

8. Termination

This agreement ends when you uninstall the app or your subscription ends. Sections 4, 6, 7 and 9 survive.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update this agreement; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
